Information according to Art. 13 of law decree 2003 no. 196
We inform you that your personal data collected in this form will be treated only in relation to the initiative by A.C.M.A. S.p.a. you applied to and are to be considered personal data according to law decree no. 196 of 30th June 2003.
With regard to these data and to the ones which will be collected in the future, we inform you that - the data are treated in relation with law, statutory and contractual requirements and for the fulfilment of obligations deriving from them. - The data are treated in writing and/or on paper, magnetic, electronical or telematic support, through the consultation, the processing, the comparison, the interconnection, the communication or any other suitable treatment operation, and, in general, through all operations foreseen under the term "treatment" from law decree no. 196 of 30th June 2003.
- The provision of data is compulsory for all is connected with the legal, statutory and contractual obligations, and therefore a refusal to supply them completely or partially for the following treatment could make it impossible for us to fulfil the above obligations.
- On the contrary the non provision of data which are not referable to legal, statutory or contractual obligations will be evaluated by us from time to time and will determine the consequent decisions related to the importance for us of the required but not provided data.
- It being understood that the communications made according to legal, statutory and contractual obligations, the data will be supplied in Italy and abroad for any ends connected with and/or related to our protection and representation activity.
The law recognises specific rights. To this is relevant art. 7 of decree law.196/2003, which recognises you, by way of example, the right to be informed of all data in our possession which concern you, the reasons why they have been collected, the right to obtain the update of data, their correction or their deletion.
In the event that you want to exercise one or more of such rights you can produce a written request to be sent to the office of A.C.M.A. S.p.a. - Via Colombo, 1 40131 Bologna ITALY, that holds and is in charge for the personal data.
Within the structure of the company it has been identified and appointed the position of a Manager to whom you will exercise the following rights established by law decree no. 196 of 30th June 2003: to obtain a confirmation on the existence and the kind of treatment, cancellation, amendment, updating, integration, the specific scope of data communication and spreading, as well as to oppose to such treatment. |
